Tutors
Page County Public Schools is looking for dedicated and energetic tutors to provide academic support to students, primarily in reading/writing and math. All tutors must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Tutor responsibilities will include:
- assisting students with grade level academic content
- encouraging students and creating a positive learning environment
- collaborate with teachers in regard to the instruction to be provided to students
- Collaborate with teachers regarding student progress
Pay Scale
- $25/hour for tutors with a 4-year college degree; $20/hour for non-degree
- This is a PT position and does not include benefits.
- Hours will vary, approximately 3-10 hours per week
