The head coach directly oversees the safety and well-being of all student athletes involved in this sport.  The coach reports directly to the Head Varsity Coach, as well as the Director of Athletics.  Sport specific coaching experience is desirable along with a knowledge of the Virginia High School League rules and regulations.
